Alumni Artisan Wood Fired Pizza Party

Mercer Island Band Alumni enjoyed a wonderful artisan wood-fired pizza party, thanks to our wonderful hosts Carolyn Bone with Erinann Childress, Shelly Shay, Leslie Moore, and Tracey Dubofsky.

All proceeds from the dinner went towards purchasing new MIHS marching band uniforms, which will be worn with pride by the MIHS Marching Band as they march in the 2023 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Alumni Pizza Party raised enough money to become a Silver Sponsor ($2500+).  Thank you for helping to send the MIHS Marching Band to New York City in style!

The Mercer Island Schools Band Boosters was formed to actively support, promote, and encourage the Mercer Island Band Program.  The Mercer Island Band Program is a proudly no-cut, non-competitive, all inclusive band program with over 700 students in grades 5-12 participating. MISBB provides support to the program and ensures each and every student may participate in band and its activities. Through fundraising events, donors, and sponsors, we enable scholarships, clinics, one-on-one musical support, leadership opportunities, training, and unique musical opportunities for our band program and so much more.  Questions?
